Missouri study: legal weed is winning the street
Missouri's first state-funded market study says licensed shops now handle about 93% of the state's weed sales. That's the proof New York needs: when legal is easy to find and fairly priced, the gray market shrinks. Every legal purchase pushes NY the same way.
Wholesale prices ticked up, barely
The national spot index rose 1.1% to about $1,104 a pound as of Oct 16, and November forwards are close to flat. In plain terms, the price drop has leveled off but nothing's spiking. Shelf prices should stay friendly into the holidays.
